Welcome to Searenity, 165 Beach Club Villa, your little slice of coastal calm tucked beneath the Carolina sunshine. For 25+ years now, families, friends, and beach‑loving wanderers have made this their island escape — a place where mornings start slow, evenings end on the porch, and the ocean breeze does most of the talking.

Our latest upgrade is one that will definitely be noticed - a new comfy king mattress in the main bedroom. In spring 2025, our home received a full Southern refresh, blending comfort with that easygoing island charm:

  • New LVP flooring with a clean, airy feel

  • Fresh paint and coastal décor throughout

  • A beautifully updated kitchen with quartz counters, tile backsplash, and new appliances

  • Updated bathrooms

  • A cozy new couch and loveseat, plus a new 50” Smart TV for unwinding after a day in the sun

  • Comfortable deck seating perfect for coffee at sunrise or a cool drink at dusk

  • Thoughtful artwork and touches inspired by the Lowcountry

Searenity sleeps up to 4 guests and is designed for simple, stress‑free days, golf cart at the ready, and nothing on the agenda but enjoying island life.

What’s Included

Every stay comes with:

Need extra cards? Up to two more are available for $28–$55 each, depending on the season. Guests 13 and older need cards for resort pools, restaurants, and activities — but the beach is always wide open, and there are plenty of great dining spots both on and off the island. If cards not needed, ask for a quote.

2026 Book Direct Rates - Weekly rentals only through early August

Weekly Stays - Includes linens, taxes, golf cart, and resort access with 2 amenity cards

  • May 16 – 23: $2400

  • Jun 27 – Jul 11: $3300

  • Jul 11 – Aug 1: $3000

  • Aug 8- Sept 12: $2300

  • Sept 12 - Oct 31: $2100

  • Oct 31 - Dec 31: $1800

For 4 – 6 night or monthly stays, just share your dates and we’ll send a quote.

  • Weekly rentals - $300 refundable deposit 4nts or less rentals - $150 refundable deposit

  • Off-season - one pet considered with a $200 non‑refundable fee

  • Payment methods - PayPal, Zelle, or check (guest covers any fees)

  • Check‑in after 3 PM, checkout by 10 AM

  • Guests who book the property must be 25 or older and present for the length of the stay.

  • No smoking/no vaping
